The following page provides an overview of our various size tables (for women / for men). With the tables below and also with the size calculator that you can find on each product detail page, you can determine your best fitting size. We recommend to take a look at this page or to use the size calculator on the product pages before purchase.
The following tables are intended to provide recommendations. However, divergencies are possible in very rare cases.

Please note that there is a tolerance of +/- 1cm.

Hint: Measure your chest circumference at the highest point of the breast. Measure the size of your waist at the height of the navel. Always make sure that the measuring tape is applied to the body.

Hint: The chest circumference is measured at the highest spot on the chest. Measure the waist at the level of the navel. Make sure in that the measuring tape has a little space.

Hint: The ladies pants are cut small!

Measure close to the body! Measure your waist circumference at the point you normally wear your pants (just above the hip bones). Make sure that the measuring tape is near to the body.
Tip: Alternatively, you can measure the waist circumference of a ideally fitting pants by placing the trousers buttoned in front of you and measure the waist from left to right. Multiply this value with 2 to get the waist circumference.

Measure the hip circumference at the strongest point above the buttocks.

Note: Measure the chest circumference at the highest point of the chest, the waist circumference at the level of the navel. The measuring tape should fit little bit loose to the body.

Hint: For the determination of the insole length measure the length of your foot. Tip: Paint the outline of your foot on a sheet of white paper and measure its length. Please ensure that your feet has little free space both front and rear.

Hint: Measure the neck circumference at the position of the collar. Measure the chest circumference at the biggest part of your chest. Make sure that both measurements provides a little bit space and are not taken too tight.
